assessment of their new department using a balanced score card methodology. Learn
how to collect vital information on clinical/service quality, customer
experience, quality of work life, and financial performance. A summary report
and recommendations will create a strong impression with your immediate
supervisor. This assessment enables you to ask for what you need to be
successful in your new role.
