Part 2
In
Part 2, we continue to share proven practices for implementation of
Relationship-Based Care (RBC) by focusing on the classic elements and
principles of RBC. These are used to empower staff councils to develop
department specific action plans to bring to life the three caring
relationships.
You will hear our favorite exemplars from around
the country--creative innovations from staff councils. The role of the
Relationship-Based Care results council is explained including their
responsibility for measuring outcomes and building accountability
structures to sustain the RBC culture.
