Helpful Guide for Establishing a Team

Cons:

I have utilized the concepts and methods outlined in this book in my past two jobs as an educator: once in the US and most recently in New Zealand.
The concepts are captured in an easily understood manner and translated in a way that allows for educators to discuss with management. It allows for education and management to come together as a team and create an environment of meaningful accountability around what is typically a reactive, not-well-planned-out process.
